The 4 STREAM DMX Bridge is a compact 4-universe wireless device which seamlessly bridges WiFi, Art-Net, sACN, and WiFly (ADJ's wireless DMX solution) signals to wirelessly control compatible DMX devices with control from the 4 STREAM DMX BRIDGE APP for iOS devices. 

4 STREAM DMX BRIDGE creates a private standalone 2.4 GHz DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum) WiFi network, which coexists in busy RF environments alongside other wireless technologies. No existing network infrastructure is required, or it connects to an external network. 4 STREAM DMX BRIDGE sends constant and reliable wireless DMX signals to compatible DMX devices via DMX-512, Art-Net, sACN, or WiFly.

Features include separate WiFi and WiFly wireless antennas, three 5-pin DMX outputs, a mini USB port, a 4-button control panel, an LCD system menu display with an LED network activity signal indicator, on/off switch, an external DC 9-12V power supply, a mini omega bracket for easy clamp/truss mounting, a magnetic back for easy attachment to metal surfaces, and easy configuration from a PC connected via USB Mini B port using the 4 STREAM DMX BRIDGE Setup Windows app or over Wi-Fi using the ADJ 4 STREAM DMX BRIDGE Config iOS APP. 

4 STREAM DMX BRIDGE is ideal for small production events, nightclubs, bars or any event or venue which requires hidden data cables, and who are looking for a robust, 4 DMX universe APP based lighting control solution.

Notice :
The Airstream DMX App (for Airstream DMX Bridge) is not compatible with the 4 Stream DMX Bridge.
The Airstream DMX Pro App is compatible with both the 4 Stream DMX Bridge & the Airstream DMX Bridge.

Delivery

All Orders are shipped with free delivery, whether it’s a £4 Item or a £1000 Item, all items
are shipped for free.

Our delivery times do vary depending on the supplier, and where the stock is located, Some of our European Suppliers take longer to ship, and some are the next day, so we do our best to let you know how long delivery is.

Accurate delivery times are located above the add-to-cart button. Most delivery times are:

Next-day delivery is available at checkout, which is an extra cost of £7.99. If your item is in stock in our warehouse then it'll be shipped on the same day if ordered before 3pm, if it's not, then your item will be shipped express when it arrives  into our warehouse.

If the item you are looking at says Pre Order - Stock Due Soon, this means that the product you are looking at is out of stock. If you would like an accurate lead time then please contact our sales team who can give you an accurate delivery date.

All in-stock orders placed before 3 pm will be processed the same day, and dispatched as soon as possible, if you place an order after this time or on a weekend or bank holiday then we will process the following working day.

Here at DYProAudio we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help.

All products come with a minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty and some manufacturers also offer an extended warranty which you will need to register directly with them to activate.

Return Eligibility

You can return most items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

     1.The item must be in its original, unused condition

     2. All tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact.

     3. Some items, such as headphones, that have been used, we are unable to accept a return on for personal hygiene reasons.

When sending items back to us, please put items into another box, using brown, or clear tape and not gaffa tape.

Returns within 14 Days of purchase.

If you have ordered an item within 14 days of purchase and change your mind, then you can return the item to us as long as all the packaging inside, Manuals, and Power cables, is all included, and the box is in the same condition as you received it.

If you have disposed of your packaging then unfortunately we are unable to accept a return of your order due to not being able to re-sell this product on.

To complete your return, we require a RMA Number to be displayed on the package, or inside the package. To obtain your RMA Number please sales@dyproaudio.co.uk We will then supply you with our address to send the item back to. This then needs to be sent back within 7 working days of receipt of the email, otherwise, your refund may be refused. 

Any custom-assembled products from Van Damme are non-returnable or non-refundable. We cannot accept a return on this, as they have been custom-made to your specification. We have made this clear in the product description before purchase. If you are unsure as to what products these are then please contact us. 

Refusal of item or Delivery

If you order an item and you refuse delivery, there will be a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund, as this fee is passed down from the manufacturer on returning your order to their warehouse.

Returns Faulty Item within 30 Days of purchase.

If your item has arrived faulty, this is very rare but it can happen every now and then, and you still have the original packaging and all of the box, then we will repair this at our cost, on occasions we will also replace the item.

If you have disposed of the packaging, then we will need to send your item off to be repaired, and a replacement cannot be issued.

Please email us sales@dyproaudio.co.uk and let us know what the fault is, and any photos of the fault which can be seen, this will help us get the fault diagnosed and looked at quickly. Once we have done this we will supply you with a postage label at our cost, to get the item shipped back to us. We will then confirm the fault and get a replacement shipped straight back to you. This then needs to be sent back within 7 working days of receipt of the email, otherwise, your refund may be refused. 

We must point out that should an item come back to us with no fault found then we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for shipping the item back to us, and shipping the item back to you, These costs are £19.99 and are payable before we will ship the item back.

Returns Warranty Repair

All Products come with a Standard 1 years manufacturer warranty, and some products come with an extended warranty if registered online. Please contact us sales@dyproaudio.co.uk with a description of the fault and images and we can confirm where to send the item back to, and all of the returns information. On average the repair times are 2-3 weeks, sometimes this can be quicker, and sometimes longer due to if parts are needed. This then needs to be sent back within 7 working days of receipt of the email, otherwise, your refund may be refused. 

Please be aware that the warranty does not cover general wear and tear of products such as batteries, bag zips, and Controller Sliders to name a few.  Battery items come with a 90-day warranty.

It is your cost to send the item back to us, we recommend using a tracked and insured courier in case of loss and damages.

We must point out that should an item come back to us with no fault found then we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for inspection of the unit, and shipping the item back to you. These costs are £19.99 and are payable before we will ship the item back.
