What do DJ booths do?

DJ booths are used to prop up your DJ equipment during gigs. Set-ups can be as simple as using a table, upon which your DJ controller and other equipment rest, or more advanced with lighting effects.

Some brands, such as Equinox, also use lycra covers to hide the space behind the booth from prying eyes. Whether white lycra or black lycra, you can resultantly utilise the space below your DJ booth for vinyl storage during your gig!

Do venues provide a DJ booth?

Sometimes these are built into a venue or a venue will possess a foldable DJ booth, but it is often the case that a DJ will need to prove their own.
