Warranty

All of our products come with a standard 1 Year Warranty. All FBT Products come with a 2 Year Warrenty, with a Free 3 Years Extension (Total of 5 Years) - Please registier your warrenty here

All eLumen8 products come with a 2 year Warrenty.

All other Brands come with a Standard 1 Year Warranty. 

If your order is faulty outside of the 30 day refund policy, Returns to our Technical Department will be at a cost to yourself, all items within the 30 day refund policy we will pay and sort out return postage. If you have any problems then please contact us. 

If your item arrives back to us and we find no fault, a no fault found charge will need to be paid to us before we can ship the goods back to you. This charge is £19.99, and this charge covers the cost of postage, and our time to check over the item. We recomend to make sure that all tests have been made before sending the item back to us otherwise the no fault found charge will need to be piad. If you have any questions then please contact us and a member of our team can help. 

Please be aware that the warranty does not cover general wear and tear on goods such as batteries, headphones, Bag Zips to name a few. We do not accept any responsibility for any costs incurred due to warranty issues or after warranty has ended. However, we will always do our best to assist you where possible.  

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If its not we may refuse the delivery and return this back to you!

To complete your return, we require a RMA Number to be displayed on the package, or inside the package. To obtain your RMA Number please contact us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Delivery Damages 
If your order has arrived damaged, all damages need to be notified to DYProAudio within 5 days after the date of dispatch, otherwise we may not be able to help you, and our your claim will be refused!


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 working days.

Please be aware if you have selected a shipping option at checkout, for example, Next Day Delivery, or Saturday Delivery, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. On a normal basis this takes 3-5 working days, however on busy periods this may take longer.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@dyproaudio.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@dyproaudio.co.uk and send your item to:

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
