At DYProAudio, we offer free delivery on nearly all orders. Most products—whether a £5 cable or a £2,000 DJ controller—qualify for free UK shipping. Only a small number of large or heavy items shipped on pallets incur additional delivery charges, which will be clearly noted in the product description, and will need to be paid seperatly.

Free Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on nearly all orders, so whether it’s a small accessory or a full DJ controller, shipping won’t cost you extra. Only large or bulky items shipped on pallets incur a surcharge, which is clearly stated in the product description, and shipping will need to be paid separately. Order before 3 pm and your items will be processed and the same day.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for £7.99, ensuring your order is shipped via next-day courier. Please note that delivery is subject to the “ready to ship” date displayed on the product page, which indicates when the item will leave our warehouse. This option is ideal for urgent orders that need to arrive quickly.

Northern Ireland & Scotland Delivery

Please note that some Scottish and Northern Ireland postcodes may require additional delivery charges. Our website will automatically calculate any shipping costs at checkout. We offer free delivery on orders under £50, while standard shipping for larger orders starts at £4.99, depending on the total value of your cart. This ensures you always know the exact cost before completing your order.

Delivery Dates Shown

Each product on our website has its own “ready to ship” date. If your order contains multiple items with different shipping dates, your order will typically be held and dispatched on the latest date. If you need an item sooner, please contact us to discuss separate shipping options. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, and DYProAudio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Re-Delivery Fees

As all of our orders include free delivery, please note that if an item is returned to the sender due to multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee of £15.00 will apply. This fee covers the cost of rebooking and shipping the item back to your address. If you prefer to receive a refund instead, the re-delivery charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of the dispatch date so we can assist you. Unfortunately, due to our courier’s terms and conditions, we cannot accept damage claims made after this 7-day period.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website. All orders are shipped using tracked services to ensure your items reach you safely and on time. Please note, if there are any issues with your delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of the dispatch date to raise a dispute.
