We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
If you have a problem with one of your products the quickest way is to contact our customer service team, who can assist you with troubleshooting the issue, and if it cant be sorted then we can arrange a return on the product.
Contact our customer service team, who will generate an Returns Authorisation number (RMA) for you to send your order back to us.

If your order arrives damaged for any reason, please contact our customer serivice team within 7 days of delivery, so we can get a claim launched with our courier, and get a replacement item shipped to you.
Yes you can, as long as the address is sent to our premises. Sometimes returns go directly back to our supplier.
All brands come with a 12-month warrenty which activates from the day of purchase. Some brands have extended warrenties, and these are seperate to the 12 month warrenty.
The Refund can take up to 14 working days to go back onto your payment methord, Once we activate the refund from our end, we are down to the banks to process the refund, and it can be quicker than this but the maxium is 14 working days.
