If the item says in stock, then we can deliver this using a next day delivery if selected at checkout, or will be delivered using Free Standard delivery which is usually 2-3 working days.

This means that the product you are looking at is not physically in stock with us, We can order this in from our suppliers, and usually arrives in to our warehouse within 3-5 working days, sometimes quicker! If there is any delays we will let you know as soon as possible.

If the product says a date, that means that the product is out of stock and the item is due in stock on that date. You are able to place your pre-order and we will dispatch as soon as the stock arrives into our warehouse.

Yes you can. We would love to hear from you and assist you where we can. Please note that not all payments can be accepted over the phone due to card security reasons. If a member of our team directs you to our website, please understand, the reason for this is we cannot accept card payments over the phone for certain transactions. 

We would love to see you in store. We have a small showroom of which some of our stock is out on display, however a lot of our items gets sent out directly from the manufacture to your door. Therefore not all items are available to purchase in store. Please contact our sales team before heading over to make sure the product you are looking for is in stock! We don't want you to have a wasted journey!

Yes of course, Please contact our friendly sales team who can assist you further. If your order has already been dispatched then we are not able to cancel until the goods are back with us. 

If you would like to return your order, please see our returns page, which will give you all the information you need to authorise your return Please do not send your item back without an RMA Number, as your return could be refused without it!

If you have an issue with a product that's been delivered, please contact our friendly sales team who will assist you. It could be something simple like a cable is not inserted properly or a software update. 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our sale steam as soon as possible so we can solve the issue by arranging an exchange or refund.

Our cut off time is 2pm. All orders before 2pm will be dispatched that same day. If you order after 2pm, it will be sent the following day. If you require your product urgently, please contact our sales team who will be able to let you know if it is possible to send your order out after 2pm that day.

We offer Free Delivery on all orders of any size. However, if you require a Next Day delivery, or Saturday delivery, you can select this at an extra cost at checkout. 

Yes, we can price match any UK retailer. If you’ve seen it cheaper, please contact our sales team who will try if possible, to match the price, or even beat it.


We use a wide range of couriers to deliver your parcel. The couriers we use are Royal Mail, Fedex, DPD, DHL, UPS, & Parcel Force.

The courier is decided based on the size, weight of your order, and stock levels, we are not able to request a certain courier for your order, as it would depend on the size and weight, and where your item is located.
