The Chauvet DJ Sentinel Spot 50 ILS is a moving head suited to mobile performers and compact lighting setups. Its 50W LED produces 1,888 lumens with a focused 16° beam, giving you defined spot effects for dance floors and performance spaces. Built-in DFI lets you transmit DMX or ILS signals wirelessly, helping reduce the amount of control cabling in your setup. ILS compatibility also makes the fixture easy to integrate into the wider ILS ecosystem.
For more precise positioning, Totem Mode keeps the moving head directed towards the dance floor, while selectable pan and tilt ranges let you tailor its movement to your space. Nine colours plus open, nine aluminium gobos plus open, split colours, variable-speed scrolling, and a 0-20Hz strobe give you plenty of options for shaping your show.
Wireless control keeps setup tidy
Spend less time running control cables with the Sentinel Spot 50 ILS. The built-in DFI transceiver communicates DMX or ILS signals wirelessly, giving you more flexibility when positioning the Sentinel Spot 50 ILS around your venue. ILS compatibility also lets you incorporate it into an ILS lighting setup, while standard 3-pin XLR connections are available when you want to use wired DMX. You can choose between five or 11 DMX channels depending on the level of control you need. Plus, the full-colour LCD display gives you direct access to the fixture's functions, making adjustments straightforward.
Focused output for defined effects
A 50W, 11,000K LED provides a concentrated 16° beam, producing 8,575 lux at two metres and an output of 1,888 lumens. This gives you a defined spot for adding movement and visual interest to mobile performances. You can also shape the effect with nine colours plus open, including split colours and continuous variable-speed scrolling. Nine aluminium gobos plus open provide another way to change the look of the beam, with continuous scrolling available here too. And when you want rhythmic flashes, the adjustable strobe ranges from 0 to 20Hz.
Keep movement where you need it
Totem Mode helps keep the Sentinel Spot 50 ILS focused on the dance floor, so its movement stays within the area you want to light. You can further tailor coverage using selectable pan ranges of 180°, 360°, or 540°, alongside tilt ranges of 90°, 180°, or 229°. That flexibility makes it easier to adapt the fixture to different spaces, which is useful when your available lighting area changes between performances. For mounting, an M12 bracket hole is provided, while the 4kg weight and 261 x 156 x 319mm dimensions make the fixture practical for mobile setups.
Link multiple fixtures with fewer power cables
When you're running several fixtures, power linking helps cut down on separate extension leads and power connections. At 230V, you can link up to 12 units, helping simplify a multi-light setup. The auto-ranging 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz input also supports use with different compatible mains supplies. Power consumption is rated at 68W, with current draw of 0.7A at 230V and 50Hz. For additional control options, the Sentinel Spot 50 ILS supports the optional IRC and ILS Command controllers, giving you further ways to manage the fixture to suit your lighting setup.
