The tripod always remains securely fixed in place thanks to the solid steel feet which are equipped with a locking mechanism that holds the feet in position when the tripod is raised and prevents the feet from lowering. The extra-long boom makes it much easier to position overhead microphones precisely, even with large drum sets. The sturdy die-cast zinc boom bracket enables convenient locking with just three quarters of a turn of the adjusting screw. The large, non-slip clamping sleeve also allows for effortless adjustment of the height.
