The included control module features a selection of built-in programs, as well as providing you with the ability to program your lights via DMX for complete creative control. You can expand your system too. A single controller is capable of supporting and controlling up to 60 bulbs in total, so even large spaces can benefit from this unique, vibrant RGB lighting.

This decorative string lighting system consists of twenty RGB LED bulbs and a dedicated control module. Each bulb and the lighting string itself is IP54-rated, making it perfect for temporarily lighting up outdoor spaces as well as venues, commercial environments, and more.
The entire system is completely pixel-mappable, so you can create a totally-custom atmosphere in any space. And it can all be done directly from the controller itself. An intuitive digital display gives you access to the system's stand-alone mode, letting you utilise a diverse range of built-in automated programs for creating complex looks and shows in seconds. And with DMX control capabilities, you can take your light programming to the next level. And if you want to control the system remotely, simply use one of Chauvet DJ's IRC-6 infrared remotes (not included) for complete wireless control from the palm of your hand.
Expandable design
If you're looking to flood a larger space with beautiful atmospheric lighting, you can utilise the Festoon 2 RGB EXT Extension to extend your string lighting. A single control module is capable of supporting up to sixty bulbs in total at any one time. A single Festoon 2 RGB EXT pack contains an additional twenty bulbs across fifteen metres of 'string', giving you plenty to play with. For additional expandability (more than sixty bulbs), you'll require an extra control module.

All Orders are shipped with free delivery, whether it’s a £4 Item or a £1000 Item, all items
are shipped for free.
Our delivery times do vary depending on the supplier, and where the stock is located, Some of our European Suppliers take longer to ship, and some are the next day, so we do our best to let you know how long delivery is.

Next-day delivery is available at checkout, which is an extra cost of £7.99. If your item is in stock in our warehouse then it'll be shipped on the same day if ordered before 3pm, if it's not, then your item will be shipped express when it arrives into our warehouse.
If the item you are looking at says Pre Order - Stock Due Soon, this means that the product you are looking at is out of stock. If you would like an accurate lead time then please contact our sales team who can give you an accurate delivery date.
All in-stock orders placed before 3 pm will be processed the same day, and dispatched as soon as possible, if you place an order after this time or on a weekend or bank holiday then we will process the following working day.

All products come with a minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty and some manufacturers also offer an extended warranty which you will need to register directly with them to activate.
Return Eligibility
You can return most items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
1.The item must be in its original, unused condition
2. All tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact.
3. Some items, such as headphones, that have been used, we are unable to accept a return on for personal hygiene reasons.
When sending items back to us, please put items into another box, using brown, or clear tape and not gaffa tape.
Returns within 14 Days of purchase.
If you have ordered an item within 14 days of purchase and change your mind, then you can return the item to us as long as all the packaging inside, Manuals, and Power cables, is all included, and the box is in the same condition as you received it.
If you have disposed of your packaging then unfortunately we are unable to accept a return of your order due to not being able to re-sell this product on.
To complete your return, we require a RMA Number to be displayed on the package, or inside the package. To obtain your RMA Number please sales@dyproaudio.co.uk We will then supply you with our address to send the item back to. This then needs to be sent back within 7 working days of receipt of the email, otherwise, your refund may be refused.
Any custom-assembled products from Van Damme are non-returnable or non-refundable. We cannot accept a return on this, as they have been custom-made to your specification. We have made this clear in the product description before purchase. If you are unsure as to what products these are then please contact us.
Returns Faulty Item within 30 Days of purchase.
If your item has arrived faulty, this is very rare but it can happen every now and then, and you still have the original packaging and all of the box, then we will repair this at our cost, on occasions we will also replace the item.
If you have disposed of the packaging, then we will need to send your item off to be repaired, and a replacement cannot be issued.
Please email us sales@dyproaudio.co.uk and let us know what the fault is, and any photos of the fault which can be seen, this will help us get the fault diagnosed and looked at quickly. Once we have done this we will supply you with a postage label at our cost, to get the item shipped back to us. We will then confirm the fault and get a replacement shipped straight back to you. This then needs to be sent back within 7 working days of receipt of the email, otherwise, your refund may be refused.
We must point out that should an item come back to us with no fault found then we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for shipping the item back to us, and shipping the item back to you, These costs are £19.99 and are payable before we will ship the item back.
Returns Warranty Repair
All Products come with a Standard 1 years manufacturer warranty, and some products come with an extended warranty if registered online. Please contact us sales@dyproaudio.co.uk with a description of the fault and images and we can confirm where to send the item back to, and all of the returns information. On average the repair times are 2-3 weeks, sometimes this can be quicker, and sometimes longer due to if parts are needed. This then needs to be sent back within 7 working days of receipt of the email, otherwise, your refund may be refused.
Please be aware that the warranty does not cover general wear and tear of products such as batteries, bag zips, and Controller Sliders to name a few. Battery items come with a 90-day warranty.
It is your cost to send the item back to us, we recommend using a tracked and insured courier in case of loss and damages.
We must point out that should an item come back to us with no fault found then we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for inspection of the unit, and shipping the item back to you. These costs are £19.99 and are payable before we will ship the item back.
