DJ Turntables

We carry two models of Pioneer mixers in our DJ shop. The turntables come with everything you need to play or record vinyls. They also come in multiple colours to match your setup, and come with a dust cover and all the appropriate cables you may need.

Studio Monitors and DJ Speakers

Our studio monitors are here for all your high-volume needs. Our stock of amplifiers range from £59.99 to £719 and are available in many different structures and qualities. DJ Equipment FAQs

What equipment is needed for a beginner?

A standard DJ setup includes studio monitor speakers, a mixer, turntables, records or a laptop, and your choice of DJ software. A quality pair of headphones would be really beneficial, too!

Do DJs provide their own table?

If you aren’t arriving with your own table, you must put this in your contract. Generally, DJs will bring their own tables because they are so bespoke to the individual. Check out our DJ Booths page to browse our setup options.

How much space can my equipment take up?

Of course, you should keep your DJ equipment as compact as possible, otherwise it would be difficult to reach everything you need to mix smoothly! Generally, venues are told to keep a minimum of 3x2m² free for a DJ booth, so as long as you can fit your kit into a space like that, you’ll be fine! Be sure to contact venues for more details of their DJ space if you are uncertain.

Do DJs bring their own lights?

Generally, DJs come with all of their audio and visual equipment. You can check out our lighting and effects page to browse our lighting equipment and upgrade your setup.
